SECLORE technology is an information security product that facilitates organizations to persistently control and monitor their critical information such as documents, images, emails, designs and others, irrespective of where and how the information is stored, communicated, or accessed. SECLORE FileSecure is fast establishing as a pioneer in the IRM (Information Rights Management) space.
Four Levels of Privileges
SECLORE technology privileges “Information owners” to safeguard any file type or file format. Over 60 of the most prevalent file formats can be controlled and monitored under specific file usage policies with all four levels of privileges:
WHO (people/ groups within / outside of the organization) is legitimate to access the information
WHAT activity (view, copy, edit, re-write, delete, print, forward, …) each individual is authorized to do
WHEN (date, day, time, time span, …) each individual is allowed to access the information
WHERE (from which location, device, IP Address, ...) each individual is permitted to access the information
These levels of privileges are persistent and travel with the information flow (within the organization and outside of the organization). SECLORE FileSecure also enables its users to track and audit the critical information usage, which can be useful later (when required) in regulatory compliance and forensic analysis to frameworks such as GLBA, ISO, PCI, SOX, etc.
SECLORE technology is completely independent of storage mechanism (mobile devices, file servers, endpoints, cloud, etc.) and transmission medium (web, emails, floppy disks, USB memory sticks, external hard drives, etc.). Therefore, your confidential information is protected all the time in any location.
SECLORE FileSecure’s information security and threat management infrastructure shields your confidential information existing in file format, thereby allowing you to securely communicate it anywhere in the worldwide.
